How to Create a Listing:
You can register by entering your Username, Email ID, Password, and Account type. Login with the credentials and Click Create a Listing
Page – 1:
- Enter Property Title ( Ex: 3 BHK Ultra Luxury from GGK County, for Sale in Mokila, Hyderabad)
- Enter the description of the property in the Content section
- Select the appropriate Type, Status, Sale Price, After price (ex: Onwards), and Second Price (per Sqft)
Page – 2:
- Add Images and Video URL (if any). (Minimum size of the image : 1440×900). You need to upload recommended image sizes, you can upload bigger then recommend size but not smaller then recommended size.
Page – 3:
- Enter/Select No. of Bedrooms, Bathroom size, etc., For property ID ( you can provide RERA number if any)
Page 4:
- Select all the applicable features. You can include additional features on page 3 if required.
Page 5:
- Location- Add address, enter Country, State, City, Area, and Zip code to appear properly in the search results.
- Enter the Latitude and Longitude of the property or pin the location on the map.
Page 6:
- 360° Virtual Tour – Embed the code if available
Page – 7:
- Floor Plan – Enter plan Title and details ( if there are separate plans for each Floor you can add them)
Page – 8:
- Private Note: you can add notes for your reference
Page – 9:
Sub listings: Attach multiple separate housing units where there are complex properties (Can be ignored)
Your property will be listed only after the Admins review and approval. You will get an email after the listing gets approved.
Sale or Rent Price: Enter the price for sale or for rent of your property
Second Price (Display optional price for rental or square feet): This is an optional price where you can show the price per square feet or you can use as you want
Your property will be listed only after Admins review and approval.
Register once and then create multiple listings/properties using the same login credentials
